By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are charged at the beginning of your subscription period and will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
Oxi Studios operates on a credit system where different actions consume different amounts of credits. Credits are allocated based on your subscription plan and can be used to access various features of the Service. Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service to create or generate content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate images and other content. While we strive to ensure that AI-generated content is appropriate and does not infringe on third-party rights, we cannot guarantee this. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any AI-generated content you use complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
The Service, including its text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without our express written permission.
